The Desktop sharing feature allows up to 10 users access to your computer (Host) simultaneously, from different locations.

For this, right-click on the 'Share/Unshare Desktop' option on the RemotePC tray menu. A window will appear as shown below:

To allow desktop sharing, simply create a license and send it to the guest user(s). The license is a unique ID generated at the host end and used by the guest user.

Click on the 'Share Desktop' button. In the window shown above, the list will automatically get updated, showing all the shared hosts created by you (Host) and their status.

You can also send the license by using the 'Copy to Clipboard' option. Simply copy and paste the required information and then send it.

To remove the license, click on the 'Unshare Desktop' button. The license will be deleted and the shared host created earlier,  would no longer be accessible by the guest user.
