The Viewer should be installed on the computer to which you physically have access.

Following are the steps to install Remote Access Host.

Download Remote Access viewer application from the website and install the viewer on the computer.

Accept the License Agreement to proceed.

Select a suitable destination folder where you wish to Install the application.

Click the option if you want a RemotePC Viewer icon on the Desktop.

Click Next to proceed with the Installation.
