Getting Started

RemotePC HelpDesk is designed to provide remote support solution to organizations and their end users. Technicians can remotely connect to end users’ PCs or Macs and offer real-time support. Both Admins and technicians of a HelpDesk account can create Connection IDs (service requests), as required. Admins can manage both technicians and service requests from a centralized web console.
